In this video, I’ll walk you through my weekly low-impact wellness & workout routines, which include Lagree, barre, and walking.
In combination with intermittent fasting and cutting out sugar, I was able to lose over 32 lbs just by doing these low-impact exercises. we also talk about the importance of journaling and therapy, in addition to meal prepping for the week, cleaning my apartment, doing laundry, and running errands, such as grocery shopping, treating myself to my favourite food, & clothes shopping in downtown Vancouver.
